The Urban Strength Studio is now offereing a group wellness & fitness program, Boot Camp Challenge® for the Dumfries / Quantico area!
Bootcamp-Challenge is an amazing way to get in shape or to stay in shape. All fitness levels are welcome and I will ensure that everyone works at a level that works for THEIR needs!!!
Bootcamp-Challenge is a health and wellness program that incorporates pre and post assessments, nutrition awareness, and a different workout every meeting. Best of all we create a community of support and encouragement.
Each camp is four weeks in length, meeting three times a week. I assess on day one and the last day of camp. You will know without a doubt your body has changed. I assess because the numbers do not lie. In 4 weeks of consistant training, your body will be fitter, stronger, and sexier!
Bootcamp-Challenge is a sure fire way for you to get results if you show up, do the work, and follow my nutritional advice. Yes, you get nutritional advice also!!! This is a group personal training program and it is awesome.....so what are you waiting for.......email or call me NOW!!!
